Egypt Memory© email hasn't arrived. What shall I do?
If you're using a Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, AOL, or any other web mail account, check your Spam or Junk folders. Web mail typically confuses our email as spam. You may have to log on to your web mail provider's website and add
support@egyptmemory.com to your address book to allow our messages to arrive.
How do I unsubscribe from the Egypt Memory© email promotions newsletter?
You must first login using your account, and then you have to go to "My Account" section in order to change the account information. Next thing is to uncheck the subscription in the newsletter and save the changes.
Does my browser have to accept cookies?
Yes. The Egypt Memory© website requires a browser that accepts cookies.
What is your return policy?

Why should I use "Add to Favorites"?
By adding your items to
favorites, a collection containing a set of images is
created, with the purpose of an easier access to those
images in the future. Instead of searching for them each
time or keeping a list of URLs, this collection is going to
help you with future use.
How can I track my order?
After logging to your account, click the My Account link, then click "Track your orders" under "My Recent Orders".

Do I have to register at all?
Yes, registration has many benefits. It allows you to:
- Add items to your shopping cart and complete the purchase process.
- Manage your account and address book.
- Enjoy a better service. Having your profile will help us serve you better, by directly contacting you and by personalizing the services for you.
- Browse and retrieve personalized favorites.

Can I search without being registered?
Yes, you can search and browse images without registering to our website. For other benefits, you have to register.

3- Images FAQ
What license is granted with the images?
All high-resolution images you download are accompanied by our Royalty-Free License.
What is Royalty Free (RF)?
The Royalty Free is a concept where user of the images does not have to pay any royalty for repeated use of the images. The buyer does not own the copyright of the images but has bought out the right to use the images legally without further payments or interruptions from the seller. These images cannot be resold or transferred but they do offer a wide range of benefits; mainly lower pricing and convenience.
Are the images free of watermarks?
All high-resolution images you download have invisible watermarks. The only kind of images that has visible watermarks is the "Zoom" kind.
Can you search the images for me?
Yes, we provide a free search assist facility. Just let us know a few criteria and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are there any time limits for downloading the images?
The images remain in the download area for 3 weeks after purchase. If you have any problem during this period, please

Can you ship the images for me?
Images can be either downloaded or shipped on CDs; depending on the customers' requests.

Is your site secure?
Our payment gateway is handled with high security. All data sent to our payment gateway are encrypted with 128bit security features. We use the encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) on the server that scrambles important data such as credit card numbers and also orders information when it is being stored or passed from one computer to another.
How do you protect the privacy of the information I submit to you?

Do you keep my credit card details?
No, we do not keep any credit card details. For payment using credit cards we forward you to an external secure Banking gateway.
Does the usage of cookies on Egypt Memory© represent any violation of my privacy?
When you visit Egypt Memory©, it sends your computer a cookie, which is a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive and contains non-personally identifiable information about the user. Cookies only identify the user's computer. Cookies allow Egypt Memory© to be more useful by storing information about your preferences. You can set your browser's options not to accept cookies, but this may prevent you from accessing all of the features of the Web site.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard. We are negotiating with some other credit card companies for more options.
Is there any other option to pay with?
During your check out process you will be asked for the method of payment you want to use. You may pay using the Bank Transfer method; in which you go to the nearest bank and transfer the money needed for your purchase from your account to Egypt Memory© account. For the customers inside Egypt; we have the option "Cash on Delivery".
